About This Recipe

Chicken is a powerhouse of protein and nutrients, containing tryptophan to boost serotonin (a “feel-good” hormone) and choline, which supports memory, mood, and muscle control.

Adding smoked paprika not only enhances the flavour but also provides antioxidants, capsaicin, and vitamins that can improve cholesterol, reduce inflammation, and support skin health.

This chicken recipe is versatile, pairing perfectly with sweet potatoes, greens, or a fresh salad.
