This pizza recipe combines two of our Brilliant Bases: our quick pizza dough and our tomato fondue.
The pizza dough recommends organic flour and the fondue is packed with vitamins and minerals thanks to its high vegetable content. Top with mozzarella and any other toppings you want.

Ingredients
Makes two pizzas, around 25cm/10inches in diameter
250g/9oz of our Brilliant Base Pizza Dough
50g/1.8oz of our Brilliant Base Tomato Fondue
70g/2.5oz of mozzarella cheese
Other toppings to taste

Method
Pre-heat your oven to 230C/450F (fan) or 250C/480F (convection)
On a floured (semolina if you have it) surface hand-stretch or use a rolling pin to draw each ball to fit a 12 inch (30cm) base or tray
Place on a baking sheet and spread with Elevated Tomato Fondue or passata
Top off with grated mozzarella and your choice of garnishes
Bake in the oven on a stone slab if you have one for around 10 minutes, splitting between the top and bottom of the oven to ensure an even cook
