Oranges aren’t just for Vitamin C — they’re a powerhouse of B vitamins, antioxidants, and plant chemicals that boost energy, mood, and immune health.

The Vitamin C also helps with iron absorption, a bonus for overall well-being.

Pairing the citrus juice with salmon delivers a double dose of omega-3s and protein in a recipe that’s light, flavourful, and versatile enough for any occasion.
