  • 150g/5oz egg based mayonnaise 

  • 2tsp Dijon mustard 

  • Pinch cayenne pepper 

  • Pinch smoked paprika 

  • 6 garlic cloves (blend of fresh and smoked) 

  • Splash of olive oil 

  • Splash of apple cider vinegar 

  • Pinch of saffron stamens 

  • Salt pepper to taste

Method

  1. Blitz the garlic with vinegar and oil first to make quite smooth
