  • 300 g (2 cups) whole strawberries (washed, dried, stems removed)

  • 2 tsp coconut sugar (optional, or to taste)

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (optional, or to taste)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C/350°F

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on your preference

  4. Toss the strawberries with lemon juice and coconut sugar (if using) until evenly coated

  5. Spread the strawberries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet

  6. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the strawberries are soft and their natural juices are released
