  • 2 large ripe avocados 

  • 3 cloves garlic 

  • 1 large red chilli (de-seeded and fine diced)

  1. Remove the flesh from the avocados and add to a food processor along with the fresh chopped coriander, crushed cloves of garlic, diced red chilies and a pinch of sea salt

  2. Use the pulse button to bring the ingredients together in a relatively smooth 'paté'
