Ingredients

  • One third batch of our quick dough 

  • 200g/7oz tomato fondue 

  • 200g/7oz mozzarella 

  • Toppings of your choice

Method

  1. Pre-make the Tomato Fondue as per the recipe below, or draw on some from your stock in the fridge/freezer

  2. Pre-heat the oven to 180C/360F (fan) or 200C/390F (convection)

  3. Make the dough as per the recipe below

  4. Weigh out the dough into 25g balls 

  5. Hand roll out on a floured surface into a long, thin cigar shape

  6. Plait and roll out as per Jason’s instructions in the video

  7. Place onto a lightly oiled baking tray

  8. Top with a spoon of fondue and sprinkle with mozzarella 

  9. Add other toppings as desired
