About This Recipe
Looking for a refreshing and healthy side dish that can support digestive health? Our Elevated Raita is the perfect choice. This recipe is a twist on the classic Indian condiment, and is made with fresh cucumber, tomato, mint, and coriander, along with organic live cultured plain yoghurt.
At Elevated Food For Life, we take great care to create recipes that not only taste great but also provide health benefits. This recipe is no exception, as it combines the probiotic-rich yoghurt with fibre-rich vegetables and herbs, which can help improve digestion and promote regularity.
It’s important here to not use thick Greek-style yoghurt as you want raita to have a runnier texture. Look for a good pre/pro biotic one if you can find one in the grocery/supermarket. This dish is incredibly simple and easy to prepare, making it a perfect addition to any meal.
All you need are a few fresh ingredients and a short prep time to create a delicious and nutritious side dish that can support your digestive health.
