About This Recipe

We generally advise people to keep an eye on their starchy carbs, but if you are going to have them, make it earlier in the day so you can burn them off through your activity.

Here’s a really simple second use for the Brilliant Base Pizza Dough, turning it into a breakfast flatbread wrap. It’s a super simple and speedy alternative way to use the dough as an alternative to bread – remember once again, you know exactly where the ingredients come from and by combining it with our other Brilliant Base Tomato Fondue (or passata if you have none ready), you’re packing in even more nutrients.

The cooked flat breads will last for three days at ambient temperature or a week in the fridge. Ensure you warm though gently (microwave / steamer / oven) before trying to fold or manipulate.
